Kim Goldman Speaks Out 25 Years After Ron Goldman's Murder

New Wondery Podcast Explores the Horrific Crime

Kim Goldman's Statement

In a statement released by Ron's father, Fred Goldman, and his sister, Kim Goldman, they wrote: "The news of Ron's killer passing away is a mixed bag of complicated emotions and reminds us of the senseless loss we have endured for the past 25 years. While we are relieved that this chapter is finally closed, we will never forget Ron or the pain that has been inflicted upon our family and friends."

Background and Context

On June 12, 1994, Ron Goldman was fatally stabbed outside his friend Nicole Brown Simpson's Brentwood home. Kim Goldman was working towards becoming a child psychologist at San Francisco State University at the time of her brother's murder.

The highly publicized trial of O.J. Simpson, who was accused and acquitted of the murders of Goldman and Brown Simpson, brought national attention to the case. Kim Goldman has been an outspoken advocate for victims' rights since her brother's death.

Confronting O.J. Simpson

In the new Wondery podcast "Confronting O.J. Simpson," Kim Goldman shares her thoughts and feelings about the trial, the aftermath, and her own journey towards healing.

The podcast also features interviews with other key figures involved in the case, including prosecutors Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden, and defense attorney Robert Shapiro.
